Walk/Rock the Mohawk

This is our third annual Walk The Mohawk featuring short walking tours of the northern end of historic Over-the-Rhine and a chance to see inside the iconic Imperial Theatre. This year we're adding a live music show in the Hanna Park pool, a pop-up skate park by the Cincinnati Skatepark Project , and a 40 booth vendor market. This event is FREE and open to the public to attend. Tickets will be required for walking tours and the Imperial Theatre tour. Beer will be for sale and all proceeds go to support the Mohawk Neighborhood CDC.

Calling all fledgling entrepreneurs, artists, creatives, makers, artisans, arts organizations and nonprofits alike. We'd love to have you vend with us!

VENDOR INFO:

LOAD-IN: 12:00-2:00PM

MARKET: 12:00-7:00PM

LOAD-OUT: 7:00-8:00PM

Live music will go until 8p but vendor market will end at 7p so we can load-out before dark.

VENDOR FEE: $45

Booth Spaces: While there are no assigned spaces, our friendly volunteers will direct you to a 10x10 space upon your arrival. Each booth space is 10x10, if you require 10x20 please select and pay for a limit of two booth spaces.

Vendor Requirements: Vendors are responsible for everything they need to conduct business for the day. That includes (but is not limited to): 

• Vendors are responsible for all their own set-up including tents, tables, & chairs.

• Vendors are responsible for all their own sales taxes, licenses, permits, insurance and fees if required.

• There is NO electric or WiFi provided. Generators will not be permitted unless approved ahead of time by email.

• Food vendors please email mohawkCDC@gmail.com to inquire about registering. We will accept a limited number of food vendors but they must be pre-approved.

• This event is rain or shine, no refunds will be given but should we cancel due to extreme weather, you will be able to use your registration for the rescheduled event date.

• All vendors are responsible for taking everything they brought with them onsite. Including broken tents and or large trashbags or discarded items.

• No weapons of any kind will be are to be brought onto event premises NO EXCEPTIONS.

• All vendors agree to the vendor CODE OF CONDUCT + LIABILITY WAIVER by submitting their application and attending the event.
